SUSAN PAULETTE RODRIGUEZ, daughter of Beverly and Chuck Paulette, was added to The Patriot Group team after she earned her real estate license in December 2006. Susan graduated from Howard Payne University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She has come into the real estate business with 20 years of legal experience with two different law firms in the San Antonio area as a litigation paralegal. Her legal experience has prepared her very well for the business of real estate.
When not involved in real estate, she enjoys participating in her children’s schools and supporting them in their extracurricular activities. Her legal and real world experience combined with her fresh ideas in the real estate arena, are an asset in helping you find the home that you want and deserve. She is enjoying the opportunity of continuing to help sellers and buyers in the real estate process just like her parents have done!
CATHY DELANEY, the newest member of the The Patriot Group real estate team. Cathy earned her real estate license in November 2007. She graduated from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio and was commissioned into the United States Air Force in 1978.
Although not originally from Texas, she now calls San Antonio her home. After separating from the Air Force as a Captain in 1989, she has worked as a litigation paralegal in San Antonio. Additionally, she is an avid golfer and is a member of the Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA) since 2000. She has been actively involved in supporting the San Antonio Chapter of EWGA and has served as Chairman for the Public Relations/Communications Committee and the Events Committee, provided assistance to the Membership and Handicap Committees, and was elected as the 2003-2004 Vice President and 2004-2005 President of the local Chapter. Her charitable efforts with this organization include raising over $10,000 to support local non-profit animal shelters in our area. Hire our family to help yours! BEVERLY PAULETTE is the heart of The Patriot Group. Licensed since 1988, her dedication and integrity have provided the foundation for a long and successful career in real estate in the San Antonio and surrounding areas. Her knowledge and experience in real estate provides a seller the knowledge they need to successfully sell their homes and gives buyers the information they need to make an informed decision about their purchase. Beverly has earned the designation of Certified Residential Relocation Specialist (CRRS). She was named San Antonio Board of Realtors Realtor/Salesperson of the Year for the 1999-2000 year.
Beverly has been very active with the San Antonio Board of Realtors. She has served on various committees, including her efforts on the Multiple Listing Service Committee, Professional Standards Committee, and Realtor Image Committee, and as Chairman of the Grievance Committee. She is also a supporter and has provided assistance with many charities, including her past work with the American Red Cross and the Katrina Refugee Program, KLRN fundraising, and Fort Sam Houston Warrior and Family Support Center, where she made and presented quilts for wounded military personnel. The Patriot Group continues to support our military members by donating portions of their commissions to the Warrior and Family Support Center.
CHUCK PAULETTE has been licensed since 2004. He joined his wife, Beverly, after retiring from Masco/Black & Decker with 36 years of service, working with national home builders in 13 midwestern states. Chuck is an integral part of The Patriot Group, serving our customers with the dedication that has been ingrained in his spirit since serving our country in the United States Marine Corps.
